EGICAT is a leading Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing Contractor with over 40 years of experience in the field. Since its inception in 1979, EGICAT has grown and progressed to tap into several segments of contracting.

Ranging from residential & administrative projects to commercial & governmental mega projects, we’ve worked with Egypt’s biggest companies and entities to provide them with the best engineering solutions and premium services.

EGICAT's track record includes some of Egypt's most prestigious & iconic developments including The Grand Egyptian Museum, 300+ Misr Bank branches, Al Fattah Al Aleem Mosque in the New Capital and more.
Moreover, EGICAT has been proudly named the largest VRF/VRV distributor in the Middle East & Africa with over 150,000 refrigerant tons supplied and installed.

EGICAT’s wide range of achievements includes successfully installing the world’s largest VRF/VRV system in 1999, the MENA region’s first Geo-thermal air conditioning system, the first heat recovery system & the first Water-cooled system in Egypt.

VRF/VRV Success Story

EGICAT introduced the VRF/VRV HVAC system to Egypt in 1996 and has completely re-shaped the HVAC market ever since. Through sheer dedication & constant innovation in our products and services, we managed to direct the Egyptian market for Mechanical Contracting to reap the benefits of VRF/VRV systems in a multitude of projects. Over 25 years, we have trained hundreds of employees, installed 100s of thousands of units, and educated various stakeholders about VRF/VRV systems. EGICAT was proudly labeled the region's biggest VRF/VRV distributor by the world's leading HVAC brands.
